Deepak is an experienced 'facilitator of learning'. He hates to call himself a 'trainer'. The reason is if the participants do not learn, training is of no use. Over 30 years, Deepak has been passionately pursuing his passion of helping people get more out of their lives by helping them learn 'life skills that are needed in personal, professional and societal life. He had an extremely successful corporate career for the first 17 years after which he has been on his own as an independent facilitator. He trains people across all levels of the corporate hierarchy, students, parents, social workers in areas pertaining to soft skills, selling skills, customer service, supervisory skills, managerial decision making and leadership skills. He firmly believes subject knowledge and functional skills are better harnessed if used with appropriate behavioural skills. He has over 5000 hours of experience in helping people learn and get more out of their lives.
