Refund Policy

We deliver training programmes at SEED Academy which we market. When you purchase any training programme, you are aware of the dates and timings of the programme.

Our refund policy is applicable for any training programme purchased on our SEED Academy website as per the following terms and conditions:

  1. You will receive a 100% refund (exclusive of taxes as and when applicable) if you cancel your registration at least seven (07) days before the start of the programme. The calculation of seven days includes Sundays or any holidays which may be there during that period.
  2. You will receive a 50% refund (exclusive of taxes as and when applicable) if you cancel before 48 hours of the commencement of the first session of the training programme which you have bought. In this case, again Sundays and holidays are considered inclusive within 48 hours.
  3. After 48 hours from the commencement of the programme, if you cancel your participation, you will not receive any refund and you have to forego the entire amount of fees paid while purchasing the training programme.

The process of cancelling a training programme is given below:

  1. You have to send an email giving your details using your email ID which you have used to register for SEED Academy programme to welcome@seedacademyindia.com
  2. Full name,
  3. mobile number,
  4. the name of the training programme enrolled for as per the description of the training programme on the SEED Academy website.
  5. The time of receipt of your email by us will be considered as the time of cancellation. All the calculations- seven days, 48 hours will be based on this time.
  6. After a verification call from SEED Academy to you on your registered mobile number, your cancellation request will be processed.
  7. Your refund due will be paid back to the same instrument which you have used while paying your fees. These could include bank transfer, credit card, UPI payment and any other method of payment. The time taken to process the request will depend on the bank and payment gateway used by you after we initiate the refund.
  8. Once the refund advice is initiated from SEED Academy, you will receive a confirmatory email and SMS on your registered email ID and mobile number respectively specifying the exact amount of money that you will receive a refund.
  9. Your helpline for any queries regarding cancellation and refund is +91 9831792196. You can call this helpline all weekdays from 10 AM to 6 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. The helpline is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
