3.1 All personal and professional information shared during sessions (“Confidential Information”) shall remain confidential.
3.2 Exceptions include:

• Legal obligations requiring disclosure.
• Situations involving imminent harm to self or others.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

4.1 You acknowledge that all decisions made during the course of, or post guidance sessions are your sole responsibility.
4.2 We disclaim liability for any outcomes resulting from your actions or third-party dependencies.

5. NO WARRANTIES

5.1 The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.2 We expressly disclaim liability for errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.

6. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

6.1 Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 No refunds will be issued once a session has commenced.
6.3 Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice; failure may result in forfeiture of fees.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

7.1 You agree to engage in respectful and professional interactions.
7.2 We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All materials (documents, templates, recordings) are proprietary and for personal use only.
8.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, income, or opportunities.
• Third-party actions linked to the Services.
