We are confident that you will accept that we spend a lot of time communicating with others using our telephones- mobile phones usually. Do you also agree that it is easier to communicate over the telephone when the subject of communication is tough? For example, proposing love to someone or providing unpleasant feedback to someone. We believe that since we cannot see each other it is easy for us to do so. But is that the reality. In the training programme titled ‘Verbal Telephonic Communication’ the participants will learn:
Rules while making an outgoing telephone call
If the person whom you are calling is known to you, you are more comfortable. However, what do you do when you are calling someone for the first time? How do you start and continue a telephonic conversation? What do you do if the other person is not willing to talk and you must talk to that person? These and many more techniques will be taught in this training.
Rules while receiving an incoming call
When to pick up the call? What to do if you are not in a position to pick up the call? What do you do when the incoming call is important and there are people who are in a meeting with you? All these and much more will be taught in this training.
Etiquettes of telephonic conversation
We are sure that you will agree that a call from an unknown number is always approached with suspicion and irritation. However, we do like to talk to some people who call us and whom we do not know. This is possible because of the etiquettes demonstrated by the caller. What do you do if you are suffering from a cold and cough and you must communicate over the telephone? These etiquettes make a person a competent communicator over the phone. These etiquettes will be taught in this training.
