By accessing or using our career guidance services (“Services”), you (“User,” “Client,” or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Services.<\/p>\n

    1.1 You affirm that you are at least\u00a018 years of age<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.<\/p>\n

    1. NATURE OF SERVICES<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1 The Services provide\u00a0career guidance<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0for informational purposes only.
      2.2\u00a0No guarantees<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0are provided regarding job placements, admissions, or career outcomes.
      2.3 The Services do not constitute psychotherapeutic, mental health counselling, professional, legal, financial, or employment advice.<\/p>\n

      1. CONFIDENTIALITY<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1 All personal and professional information shared during sessions (“Confidential Information”) shall remain confidential.
        3.2 Exceptions include:<\/p>\n

        • Legal obligations requiring disclosure.<\/li>\n
        • Situations involving imminent harm to self or others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          1. USER RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4.1 You acknowledge that all decisions made during the course of, or post guidance sessions are\u00a0your sole responsibility<\/b><\/strong>.
            4.2 We disclaim liability for any outcomes resulting from your actions or third-party dependencies.<\/p>\n

            1. NO WARRANTIES<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5.1 The Services are provided\u00a0“as is”<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
              5.2 We expressly disclaim liability for errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.<\/p>\n

              1. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                6.1 Fees must be paid\u00a0in advance<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0unless otherwise agreed in writing.
                6.2\u00a0No refunds<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0will be issued once a session has commenced.
                6.3 Rescheduling requires\u00a024 hours\u2019 notice<\/b><\/strong>; failure may result in forfeiture of fees.<\/p>\n

                1. CODE OF CONDUCT<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  7.1 You agree to engage in\u00a0respectful and professional<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0interactions.
                  7.2 We reserve the right to\u00a0terminate services without refund<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0for abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour.<\/p>\n

                    8.1 All materials (documents, templates, recordings) are\u00a0proprietary<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0and for\u00a0personal use only<\/b><\/strong>.
                    8.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is\u00a0strictly prohibited<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
