I am an experienced professional with a Masters in Guidance and Counselling in 2013 from James Cook University in Singapore and a Masters in Human Resources from TISS before that. 

I have held a successful career in banking in senior roles with Citibank India and Standard Chartered Bank, Bahrain, for over 13 years with an excellent track record.

In my Counselling Masters course, I completed modules in Career Counselling where I got to know of several career counselling theories. I wished that I could have learnt about these frameworks and ideas earlier when I was in the corporate world. That made me think of how I could use these to help others in their career journey.

After my counselling degree, I have worked in Wings Counselling, Singapore and upon my return from the US in 2017, I worked for around 8 months with a school, for university counselling.

While in the US for 2 years between 2015 and 2017, I was a Volunteer Career Coach with a program run by Rutgers University, for mid-career professionals who were trying to re-enter the workforce. We had some excellent training and resources in this program.

I bring to the table, relevant qualifications, corporate experience, counselling and coaching exposure, multi-lingual skills in 6 languages (English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi and reasonable Gujarati) and life experience across 4 countries.
